Yes. No card and no time limit: 10 technicians, 2 client organizations and 25 devices from CombineRMM, with tickets, the client portal, approvals, the knowledge base, SLAs, passkeys and two-factor included.
Metahuman Service Desk gives your team a ticket queue with SLA clocks, your clients a branded portal with approvals and how-tos, and everyone a live view of device health from CombineRMM and NinjaOne. Built for MSPs and internal IT teams. Start on the Free plan and upgrade when you outgrow it.
Hosted for you · Free plan · Pro $30/mo · Enterprise $100/mo · No per-technician fees
Everything below is on the Free plan, too.
A queue with live SLA countdowns, priorities, internal notes and a single timeline for every reply, note and status change.
Requests that need a sign-off go to the client's approvers by email or portal, with reminders and an expiry window.
Shared and per-client articles, starter how-tos for your clients, and article suggestions as people type a request.
Typed request forms with staff checklists, canned replies with placeholders, plus merge and link for duplicates.
Route new tickets, SLA breaches, offline devices and threats to Slack, Teams, Discord, PagerDuty, webhooks or email.
Clients just reply to the ticket email. Replies thread onto the ticket, and resolved tickets reopen when someone writes back.
Plus: satisfaction surveys on resolved tickets, client notices and outage banners, a mobile-friendly portal, and your logo and colours on every page.
Clients open and follow requests, approve what needs approving, read your how-tos and see the health of their own devices, under your brand.
Devices and alerts sync from your RMM every 15 minutes, or instantly by webhook, with health scored and trends drawn for you.

Antivirus and EDR, firewall, encryption, Secure Boot and OS updates per device, rolled into a health score each client can follow.
Log remote and on-site time at separate rates, then send branded PDF invoices paid through Stripe or WooCommerce.
Monthly retainers with included hours bill themselves. Prepaid blocks draw down automatically and clients see their balance.
Open tickets, enrol people and sync devices from scripts and tray apps, or import tickets from the MetaHuman Helpdesk plugin.
Every workspace is kept apart at the database level, and every sign-in is recorded.
Passkeys and authenticator apps on every plan, and you can require two-factor for all staff.
Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta, Duo, JumpCloud and any OpenID Connect provider (Pro and Enterprise).
Each workspace's data is separated by row-level security in the database, not just by the app.
Who signed in, how, from where and when, for staff and clients, kept for 400 days.
