Most on-site support is sold as a body in a chair. We run the other experiment: pay above the market floor, publish the ladder above it, fund certifications, and protect people’s time — because a technician who stays two years is worth more to you than four adequate strangers in the same seat. The support desk is how we deliver it.
What the bar supports
- Walk-up & concierge support — passwords, MFA, lockouts, peripherals, and everyday friction fixed on the spot
- Hardware repair & logistics — in-warranty repair, RMA handling, and a spares pool sized to your fleet, so a failed device is a fifteen-minute swap
- Device lifecycle — imaging, enrolment, asset tagging, refresh campaigns, and certified disposal; native with Intune, Jamf, and Kandji
- Identity & access — SSO and MFA enrolment, plus group and role changes inside the boundaries your identity team sets
- Depot work in quiet hours — bulk repair, refurbishment, and staging for redeployment without leaving the building
What you can count on
- A relief factor of 1.15, funded — the bar stays open while your technician takes real PTO
- Premiums passed through 100% — after-hours, weekend, and holiday rates pay the technician the same multiplier you are billed
- No conversion fee after month nine — hire our technician and we backfill the seat within fifteen days
- A published $25/hr floor, funded certifications, and guaranteed schedules — retention you can audit in the price

Most on-site contracts fund exactly one person per seat, so the desk closes whenever that person is sick, training, or on leave. We fund fifteen percent of an extra person on every seat. Work-life balance here is not a culture statement — it is a coverage ratio you can read in the contract.

A seat at your bar is a twelve-month working interview. Months one to three they embed. Four to eight, they prove it in front of you. From month nine, extend an offer — no conversion fee, and we backfill within fifteen days. Standing in the way of a career to protect an invoice is not how we operate.
