Perpetual Licenses, both Cloud and Self-Hosted, come with 2 years of upgrades and lifetime security updates.

When that expires, you will always be able to use the Combine service/software on your current platform. However, you will not receive any updates, new features, etc. Only security updates.

When that time comes, you can purchase this annual maintenance license at a per-device fee. This will enable another year of upgrades.

You can stack multiple years at time of your initial purchase, snag one at the start of year 3, let one expire and purchase another later… Whatever fits your fleet or budget.

Annual maintenance/upgrade contracts per-device seat after year-2 for both Perpetual license tiers:

1-49 devices: $15 per device
50+ devices: $13.50 per device
150+ devices: $12 per device
250+ devices: $10.50 per device
500+ devices: $6 per device
