CombineRMM

Remote Monitoring & Management

Everything Combine watches — now with hands on the keyboard.

Everything Combine monitors, plus the power to act on it: terminal, files, scripts, patching, policies, recovery-key escrow, self-service IT tools, and built-in helpdesk — across Mac, Windows, and Linux. Now with one threats board for SentinelOne, Huntress, Bitdefender, and CrowdStrike. Cloud-hosted, or self-hosted entirely on your own intranet.

macOS · Windows · Linux · Cloud or self-hosted · Seat-based licensing

Combine stays deliberately read-only — that's its selling point. CombineRMM is the product for teams that need to act on devices, not just observe them.
Security Integrations

Your EDR, inside your RMM.

Connect the endpoint protection you already pay for. Detections from every vendor land on one Threats board, matched to the right device, with severity, status, and a one-click jump to the vendor's console.

SentinelOne

API token · auto-rotating
Threats with SentinelOne's own incident status and analyst verdict. CombineRMM renews the API token before it expires.

Huntress

API key + secret
Huntress incident reports pulled on a schedule and mapped to the managed device they came from.

Bitdefender GravityZone

Event Push · real time
GravityZone pushes new incidents to your CombineRMM node the moment they happen, verified with a shared secret.

CrowdStrike Falcon

OAuth API client
Falcon detections with severity and status, pulled with short-lived tokens for your Falcon cloud region.
Also connects to Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Malwarebytes OneView, reads detections straight from Microsoft Defender, Defender for Mac, XProtect, and ClamAV on the device, and accepts any other tool through a signed custom-ingest API. Every agent also reports which antivirus or EDR is installed and running, so unprotected machines stand out. Vendor credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM).
Exclusive to CombineRMM. Combine monitoring doesn't include the Threats board.
What's New

Fresh this fall.

Shipped in CombineRMM 1.1.5 through 1.1.9.

Self-Service IT Tools

Users run approved fixes from the menu bar or system tray, like clearing space with an interactive Disk Map, without waiting on a ticket.

Organizations & Locations

Switch between client organizations, give each its own enrollment tokens, recovery-key escrow, licenses, and sites, and assign devices to a location.

Cloud Backup Monitoring

See Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace backup status (via Dropsuite) right next to each organization's devices.

Service Desk Integration

Support requests become tickets with device context, the ticket number comes back to the user, and techs get quick actions from the ticket.

Smarter Patching

Windows OS updates through the Windows Update Agent, app updates with winget, and macOS updates via the owner's sign-in, with a download-only option.

Redesigned Dashboard

Simpler navigation, a rebuilt device page with an alerts tab, tiered offline alerts, and Windows license keys in the inventory.

Plus: run a script on a whole fleet right now, org-scoped automations, new policy controls (DNS enforcement, password history, device restrictions), macOS configuration profiles without an MDM, and code-signed Windows agents.

Remote Management

Act on any device, from anywhere.

Finding available software…

Terminal & Files

A real shell, not a gimmick.

True PTY sessions streamed to an xterm.js console, with a file browser and chunked transfers riding the same brokered, audited session.

Scripts, Automations & Patching

From “can you check…” to done.

Run saved or ad-hoc scripts, schedule them as automations, and patch OS and apps — all as auditable runs with captured output.

Policies & Escrow

Declare the state. The fleet follows.

Desired-state and compliance controls — firewall, encryption, screen lock, passwords, browser extensions, and more — evaluated every 15 minutes.

Threats Board

SentinelOne, Huntress, Bitdefender, CrowdStrike, Defender, and more in one stream. See integrations.

Screen Share & Chat

Native macOS screen sharing with on-screen consent, plus a persistent tech ↔ user chat with transcripts.

Built-In Helpdesk

Users request help from the menubar or Start menu; tickets arrive with device context and IPs attached.

Every write action clears four gates — an admin role, an RMM-licensed device, a fresh step-up re-auth, and a full audit trail. Screen shares add on-screen user consent before a single pixel flows.

Self-Hosted & Air-Gapped

Runs entirely inside your walls.

Your own management node, your own database — on your company intranet only, completely inaccessible from the internet if that's how you want it.

Intranet-Only

Air-gap capable. Dashboard, agents, and data live on your LAN — no cloud dependency.

Your Data, Your Node

Own database, own backups. The perpetual license never expires.

Updates Over the Web

Connected teams pull server and agent updates from us on their own schedule.

Or We Come to You

Fully isolated? We'll send a technician to update local businesses on-site.

Pricing

Graduated pricing that rewards scale.

Seat-based, marginal per band — your effective rate is the blend. Annual includes 2 months free.

$45

Cloud — first devices

Per device / year (1–49), stepping down by band to $27. Hosted on Metahuman nodes with priority support.

$18

Cloud — at scale

Per device / year at 500+ devices. Blended rates keep dropping as the fleet grows.

Self-hosted

Run your own node

Perpetual, air-gap capable, never expires — $108 down to $43 per device by band.

≈1.8× Combine Pro at every band — the management premium. A device runs one agent: Combine or CombineRMM.
